Simple Solutions Psychotherapy is certified to provide 8-hour training to Corrections, Sheriffs, Police Officers, and other Law Enforcement agencies through Standards and Training for Corrections (STC) through the California Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC).

Simple Solutions Psychotherapy aims to strengthen resilience, understanding, and support among students of all ages, from elementary through high school. We offer a comprehensive range of Mental Health services for educational settings, including mental health groups, assemblies, and mentorship programs. 

Our Mental Health services are designed to address the unique needs of students at different stages of their educational and personal journey, providing them with the tools and resources necessary for emotional and psychological well-being. 

The benefits of our programs assist students with improving self-esteem, enhanced coping strategies, increased empathy among peers, and acquiring a greater understanding of mental health issues. 

Our mental health groups offer a safe space for students to express themselves and learn from the experiences of others. 

Our assemblies bring the entire school community together to raise awareness on important topics such as Bullying, Stress management, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Intelligence, Boundaries, Communication, etc. 

The mentorship program pairs students with experienced Behavioral Therapists who provide guidance, support, and encouragement, helping students navigate the challenges of personal stressors, school life, and future aspirations. 

Our overall goal is to empower students with knowledge and skills that promote mental health and well-being, creating supportive and inclusive school environments where every student can thrive, overcome barriers, and become a better version of themselves.
